“Clean tank” is an intermediate storage unit where the pasteurized product is protected in terms of microbiological and other sensory properties before filling. Providing operational flexibility to the user, the "clean" storage tank features a "buffer" tank between product pasteurization and filling. It provides advantages such as preventing product loss during machine malfunctions, eliminating the need for product return to the pasteurizer, and production planning flexibility.
