Aseptic storage tanks made of stainless steel are used to store liquids and some viscous products before aseptic filling. It is an intermediate storage unit where microbiological and other sensory properties are preserved. It features a "buffer" tank between sterilization and filling of the product. Minimizes product losses between processing and packaging.
