UHT is mainly designed for low acid dairy products, but also some secondary applications, e.g. high acid and/or added value products. Further information how they can be treated is specified in the application description.

UHT,  represents a steriliser with high variations in capacity and options. From a production point of view it is possible with two to three shifts running time for UHT milk/juice. It can also be designed for treatment of dairy products with higher viscosity and low acid products containing fibres and/or particles.
