JUICE / NECTAR PASTEURISER

Juice Pasteuriser is primarily designed for pasteurisation of still drinks, fruit juice, fruit nectar or vegetable juices, i.e. all high acid products (pH< 4.6). Some beverages such as tea and coffee-drinks are low acid, can be processed as well. But, special precautions must be made when processing low acid products. The processing design of pasteuriser heat exchanger is done according to the final product, either multi tubular heat exchanger or plate heat exchanger with variations of wide gap type are well applied.

Systems are designed vastly full automated with PLC control or be adapted to semi automatic control with PID controller.

Aseptic Juice Pasteuriser

The word “Aseptic” stands for an indication that the pasteuriser is working upstream of an aseptic filling machine. Pasteurisers are designed according to the filling technique of aseptic at <30C°. Processing through tubular, plate or wide gap type plate heat exchangers are applied according to the type of product. Pasteurisers are well adapted to aseptic fillers via PLC signal exchange and communication over wire/LAN/Profibus. High yield of thermal regeneration, lower steam consumption and minimum usage of chilled water are integrated in the pasteurisers as a compulsary feauture.

 

Hot Fill Juice Pasteuriser

Pasteurisers are designed according to the filling technique of hot between 85-95°. Processing through tubular, plate or wide gap type plate heat exchangers are applied according to the type of product. Pasteurisers are well adapted to aseptic filliers via PLC signal exchange and communication over wire/LAN/Profibus. Thermal regeneration could also be applied as for decreasing steam and chilled water consumptions for a certain percentage.

Pasteurisers for Juice&Syrup with Clean Buffer Tank

Especially working as upstream of premix stations with high brix syrups or products containing preservatives such as juices, isotonic drinks or energy drinks at 15-25 C° filling. Processing through tubular, plate or wide gap type plate heat exchangers are applied according to the type of product. Pasteurisers are well adapted to fillers via PLC signal exchange and communication over wire/LAN/Profibus. High yield of thermal regeneration, lower steam consumption and minimum usage of chilled water are integrated in the pasteurisers as a compulsary feauture.
